with the chemically impacted water where i live.. if i soak in it too hot it'll practically peel my flesh off.. leaving me wrinkled, itchy and rashy.

so i do luke warm to comfortably warm water.
sighs.... i miss being healthy. (but the milk coconut shampoo i use to wash in is fabulous!)
