What the heck just happened?

My husband and son both just got off from work at the provincial building! My son had a seizure on the job and fell through the roof hit some plywood and hit the ground with his face! Both of his eyelids are swollen like golf balls! Then as soon as we got him all settled in cleaned up and given pain killers and water my husband turned around and ran to the bathroom and started throwing up really bad! Then my son who had the seizure ran to the sink and started throwing up all within 5 minutes! My head is spinning should I call the paramedics? Or take them both to the hospital myself?
