I Don't Make Sense Sometimes

It feels, sometimes, like my body is being controlled by someone else, while I control my brain. In fact, I feel more like a brain than a body, like my hands aren't mine, i am the body and brain, but it sure as hell doesn't feel like it? Someone said this is "enlightment."
