@NativeOregonian no I was talking to a Mexican at work one day and he said that hemp seeds would do that. I sleep with a glass of water on my nightstand. I take CBD oil in the evenings...(forget this week and haven’t taken it 3 nights in a row and my lower back is hurting now).
