@Deadcutie yes they are very repetitive. They can stretch out a 20 minute show into a two toilet break event.

Both....
I think some may even learn some tactics from those shows...
But I truly enjoy them because I enjoy observing human behavior and what can drive a person to commit a crime..

Detectives following clues is quite interesting as well.
