How is there not a Doctor Who video game?

Like a Rpg, because of all characters that have had various appearances, the Doctor could literally be anyone.

Think about it, create literally any character in a game and cause of the doctors regeneration, it could be them. They are one of very few famous characters where their appearance isn't actually their most famous attribute, it's that doctor insanity.

And terrible taste in fashion, I said it. Bow ties and fez's are not as cool as 11 thinks
