Any who watches Sailor Moon, did anyone noticed Pluto and Saturn have the wrong powers?

Sailor Pluto and Saturn have the opposite powers of what the should. S. Pluto has time associated powers and S.Saturn has associates death powers. I don't know if it was an accident or there was a change overtime in developing the characters or whatever but it bothers me when I watch it.
