I Hate Labels And Refuse To Label Myself

I remember I used to live by this mindset that I was “damaged” and “broken”. It was a label I accepted readily and without question. I realized that when I was older, I was ACTUALLY damaging myself by accepting those labels.
Basically my advice is don’t throw yourself into a category before you try changing yourself to become more positive. I don’t know. Just rambling.

Well labels are just that labels whether you believe in those labels well that's a different story. We are all broken in some way but everyday we get up every morning and try to do better than the day before,
