When a person donates money for disaster relief which gives the higher percentage to the people that need it the Salvation Army or the Red Cross?

And Red Cross also has an incredible national response structure, built on decades of experience. But their overhead doesn't compare to Salvation Army - a religious organization.

I'd say salvation army, less officialdom, overheads and hierarchy taking the money. That's only a guess though
