I Have Been Told I Am Cute

And I believe it for once! I’m cute! But my crush sees me at work and I look ugly because I’m in my work outfit/look ☹️ I could straighten my hair but every time I do that it just frizzes back out again (it’s naturally, very curly) and then I feel like I look even more dumb than I did before. I’m on my feet at all times at my job. Rushing around everywhere to get certain things done...and things can get messy sometimes? I know I’m at work to work, not to walk the runway but still! I wish I looked cuter at work lol though I honestly feel like he could care less. He doesn’t strike me as the kind of dude who cares THAT MUCH about how others look, especially at work. You never know. I guess I don’t look HIDEOUS but I’d like to at least have tame hair lol Also I hate stressing so much about it or anything that has to do with it. I’m just so into him at the moment and no ones ever been into me back. A little change would be nice🤔👀

So you're assuming he doesn't like your hair the way it is now?

He could also be the kind of guy who needs to separate his work life and personal life. Maybe he doesn't allow himself to look at co-workers that way. That's actually a pretty good trait. Sort of the goal of #MeToo as well.

It comes down to chemistry and timing. It just happens. It really does. Guaranteed. Nothing to stress about.

And as someone who was once your age I can PROMISE you that there are guys out there who ONLY want the kind of woman who's running around, getting messy with frizzy hair. That's how it works. Like finds like. No worries. Good luck.

@Ynotisay oh I wasn’t assuming that he “doesn’t like it” so to speak, just that to me, it looks funny and I’d like to have it look less wild lol. But of course I see what you’re saying :) you’re definitely right, I don’t know much about him so who knows? Maybe he doesn’t wanna look at a coworker that way. (I honestly didn’t want to either but he’s too damn cute lol) I definitely get what you’re saying about “it just happens” sometimes I just get caught up in my head and over think things :-)
