I Am In a Taken In Hand Relationship

Another reminder. I need constant reminder of DD. It just works better for me. Just being good doesn't cut it. I have asked my husband of He would like me too call him anything other then his name. Maybe there can be a way I call or answer him in public vs private. He has decided I will call him Sir. So if we are in public or around family when I answer him it is to be " yes Mike" not Yea mike or ok Mike but just yes Mike. If alone or around people who know our relationship status I am to answer yes sir. Not Yea sir or OK sir just yes sir.

Last night we were "alone time" he asked me a question and I said yes. And I got the "Yes what? " I said "Mike" he says are we in public?! No I said. "The yes what? " yes Sir. To which I got a good girl response. I love when he calls me that.

You would think a simple yes sir is silly. However it is a daily or even every hour reminder I am HIS. He is boss. And that is what I need. I want sub space all the time. I'm hosting this little change will help that, also help me to be more respectful to him.

I don't know if there will be punishment for me not doing this. Our if I forget. I guess should that Happen I will find out. But let's hope I don't forget :)

How you address someone does change over time how you think of them. I love that your using a more respectful way of speaking to him. Several of us have had some nice success with using Sir.

I wish no one noticed. Lol or cared. But here there is a lot judgment

You don't have to be in our lifestyle to be respectful to the man you married or to anyone else for that matter. If people look like they are judging you for it. I believe it is because your good behavior makes them feel a bit uncomfortable about the way they treat others.
So darling be proud of making others have to think for a moment about how they act. You can't change the world, but making them think about using good manners is a great start.

Thanks for that jenna. I believe over time we can try this. I love your advise

My boyfriend is the same way, when we're around certain people or in public and he asks me something or tells me to do something I have to just say yes but if we're alone I have to answer him yes daddy and if I don't I get popped in the mouth or 'the look' :)

I get popped in the mouth too. Happened this morning actually with a warning of "don't start!"
