I Dreamed A Dream

I'm at some big public building and it's the middle of the night but it's well lit. Trying to find a bathroom. Go to a concession stand and the lady there says,"there's one downstairs but they don't open till 3:30". "Can I use the ones you guys use?", I ask. She looks out an open door behind her and says,"Shoot, that's just a bucket out in back". I turn to walk away in disgust and hear her say, "We don't even have hot water!".
