I Just Realized Something

I'm fairly certain I've had a stroke or two before in the past. They must have been minor ones because I'm fine. They both happened a couple years back. Both instances were when I was driving. Out of nowhere I felt dizzy,sick to my stomach, my vision got really wonky, everything around me felt foreign, felt very overheated and I was very confused. I felt like someone who knew zero English trying to disable a bomb with instructions written in English. I didn't know what to do so I kept driving home. Well except for the last time I had to pull into a parking lot until whatever it was passed.
