I had a glass of prosecco today.

It's my mum's birthday. I didnt realise how old she is until late afternoon. Glad I come from good genes 😬

And I stopped at one. I didnt feel the need to have more. In fact, it took me the entire meal to drink that one and I followed it with a litre of water.

I'm not starting from day 1 again. I'll carry on where we are. I'm happy I didn't feel the need to want more, let enjoy that one.
