Why am I not losing weight ?
Since Covid i don’t go to gym I can’t even play tennis, sometimes I was going to run in the forest with my friend I don’t do that anymore. So I decided I want to lose weight, I only et once a day or small portions. It doesn’t work! I don’t lose weight I am getting fat actually! It’s frustrating I don’t know what to do, by the way I didn’t cut ice cream because if I did I might die!
