I Am Very Insecure About My Body

My family is expert at body shaming.. I was feeling good about my butt and thinking my jogging is paying off and then my mom said it looks good because I got fatter. I wish my relatives wouldn't say anything at all... The reason why my sisters and I are very insecure is probably because we've been body shamed since we were children.
