Can we have a temporary report category for people spreading false information about Covid-19?

There's currently a woman saying she's an essential worker and stating that this is all a big conspiracy.

There's no way to report that incredibly dangerous statement.

Deleting statements that put people in danger is a good idea in theory, but don't expect this to happen for anything other than the most obvious ones. Fact checking is a complicated matter and not something anyone can do in a few minutes next to a full time job, development of the site and other moderating.

Nevertheless, a report option for the obvious ones would be useful.
