@Keepitsimple Rather why not. I see people with hundreds of groups and I can't go through all of them.

By all means, it is possible. It is also a good way to get an idea of people's interest and/or previous experiences. But I think their posts tell more about them because that's their expression of self.
For example I clicked the 'Me Too' icon on the group titled 'I Have Tried Cocaine' but that's because I have before. But that doesn't determine me to be or define me as a raging addict to that schedule 1 narcotic. I'm just being openly honest.
