I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

Since first joining the SW community, I have become a member of about 140 groups. I have seen members that are members of many more groups than that.

In the four months since I joined SW, I have accumulated just over 17,000 points.

I have tried to post a relevant comment or story with each group thst I have joined. These messages or posts are how members of groups can learn about each other, and, therefore, should be encouraged.

Of my roughly 140 groups, O have posted a comment or message to all but 27 of them - and I am working on those.

To encourage members to post items to their groups, I think there should be an additional 5,000 points for any member who actually writes posts on every group they have joined - with the exception of "Admin Announcements" - assuming they have joined a minimum of 100 groups.

Then, I believe there should be an additional 5,000 points for each additional 100 groups they join and write comments for.

So, in my case, for example, with 27 groups on which I have not posted yet - one of which is "Admin Announcements" - I would need to write an additional 26 posts to groups for which I have not yet done so.

I actually don't care at all for the coins. If you check my early postings, I sent one to "I Have A Suggestion for SW" where I asked whether it would be possible to donate coins to other SW members - 1,000 to that member and 5,000 to that one.

I am not going to buy any gifts and give them to SW members who beg me for them, and I am not going to use any coins for myself. I came on the site for information and exchanges, and not for online coins.

I will never cash in coins for myself, or send gifts to SW members, but I would send the occasional 1,000 or 2,000 coins to other members.

For myself, I see the coins as a sort of grading system. The more points (coins) that I accumulate, the better my grade. And, I want an "A+".

@Quakertrucker no even if you dont care this would make people intentional create dud account just to traanfer coins to other people by just simply posting.

The currency on this website is just for mini activity and has no important role on this website but people have nothing better to do so they abuse the system to get more coins.

Not to mention your suggestion about giving coins away is also a bad idea, because people are always looking for a way to make a few bucks. SW is a FREE TO USE community with an option of VIP with certain feature. But even with a free account you still have access to all that is intended of SW.

So NO to both ideas as these can majorly be abused by people.

@Quakertrucker Also why do you care about having an A+? Seeking for approval from people is why you have this idea. Any A+ user can still be a total dbag. Having a grade system just put u in a position where u think your higher in Authority.

Meet people, Talk to people and those that like you should only matter. You showing the entire community base that you have an A+ because your this amazing sent just attract people to you. Which shouldn't. Its everyone job to search for friends not wait around till someone comes along because your an A+ you dont need to look.

Its your choice to give or not gift to people. I personally dont cause most the time i forget its even there only time i actually remember its there is when people send me a gift so i send one back as a courtesy. Soon SW will have mini games to spend those coins on.

That should be the only use for them.
