I Burn Myself

I have a problem...or is it a problem dunno you tell me..

I have a tendency of burning myself on purpose. For that slight second that the fire touches my arm its as if the heavens have opened and my body is alive..then it goes away. I do it while I am cooking to avoid the all popular question my GOD are you one of those people that like to defile your body???

Always stock alot of Neosporin in my medicine cabinet to avoid too much of a scar. The light scars make me smile as I slide my fingertips over them..

OK. What are you looking for with this post? There is nothing positive about burning yourself. My suggestion is to find a way to work toward completely ceasing the behavior. There is plenty of help; just look up mental and behavioral health in your county. Good luck.
