I Am Black American

I find it strange when black people talk about the problems within the black community and share their ways on how to fix these issues, people automatically assume they're some racist white male. Or an Uncle Tom, or a coon. Or are shocked that a black person would think outside the box. As if they believe all black people should think the same. And not for themselves, which is insulting imo.
