I Am a Mess

I have only one suggestion, which made a world of difference in my life, and might be of help to you. See a sleep specialist.

I have sleep apnea, the kind where my brain does not tell my sleeping body to breathe. I did not find out until I was 50. I did not know I was waking myself up more than once a minute gasping for breath. I had no idea.

That may not be the cause of your problems - but it might. Or something else they can treat.
