I Dont Believe In Dating Just For the Sake of Dating

I had been single for some time after my divorce. While I had gone on a date here and there, they had mostly been part of a double date, or to keep from being the third wheel while out with couples. Dating when you're young is not easy, and at 32 I found the idea down right scary. I was fortunate to meet someone who was in a similar situation I was (early 30's, divorced), and also against the idea of dating just to say you are seeing someone. I was, and am, okay being by myself. I don't think you can really know who you are until you are able to love single you. What you make time for when you're single is what matters to you the most. And with that, I am happy to say I am no longer single. While neither of us know where this will lead, we both see a future.
