Not all men cheat and they cheat because they can. If someone does not have enough respect for you to stay with you and only you well they do not deserve you and they should just move on. I think a big problem is that people accept cheating and have very little respect for themselves but they would be the very first person to tell a friend “ if your man cheats send him packing. I do understand to give up on someone you love is very hard but you know what your partner has already given up by cheating.
