I Am Going to Therapy
I start on Wednesday. I don’t want him asking about the details, just the basics and the gist and the fact that I no longer wish to ruminate over it (all of it) ever again. Then with said “clean slate” I want to be put through EMDR (from the beginning actually, it’s excellent for trauma) to reset my brain so I no longer feel the need or fear to live the way I do.
