Cigarette Packaging in Europe Vs. United States

All over Europe their pack of cigarettes have pack size photos, many emotional, others graphic that have been proven to actually lower cigarette usage as opposed to our stupid little warning labels. Should we require pictures on cigarette packaging in the U.S.A.?

When will they start doing this to alcohol labels, drivers licenses, and such? I mean why don't they just ban smoking since it's that horrible?

@FloorGenAdm I guess I’d support a decriminalzation, widely available treatment and counseling, graphic labeling, and heavy taxation for drugs of wide abuse. However, I think an outright ban is the wronge way to go for practical business.
