I Am Not Clingy Or Needy
Phrases like "I'm looking for my other half", or "you complete me" really make me cringe. I'm a complete fucking person, I don't need someone to be emotionally fulfilled.
I really don't. And this is not coming from a place of anger or hurt. It's just a pet peeve of mine.
Don't get me wrong. I enjoy romantic relationships and socializing in general, but I could drop a partner or a "friend" at the snap of a finger, just like that. Without a second thought or an ounce of emotion.
I'm not afraid of being alone and even when I am surrounded by people who think they know me, I am alone. Cause they don't really know me. And at the end of the day, I don't wish for anyone to really know me.
