I Am Italian (tuscan)

I was born in a very small village located almost in the barycenter between Arezzo, Florence and Siena from an old and respected family of the zone. My parents were both also born in that village, so were my grandparents, from both father and mother side. The previous generations were autochthon too: they found documents from XVI century with our family names written. In sum, my blood is one of the "most tuscan" possible, since my family grew (and maybe originated) in the same place from generations and generations.
This makes me proud, but living in a small village is not so easy as it could seem. People want to know you and your facts, who you meet, what you do during the day, what are your political symphaties... Being different from the mass in a village is almost a sacrilege, and the ones who don't bow to conformation are kept away and isolated by friends.
Such reasons make my happy of my choice to move in Rome for my Master Degree, where I met my beloved girlfriend, and to move again outside Italy for my PhD in the next autumn.
