How does an emotionally unstable person behave?

I’m at a competition and someone mentioned it, but I nodded my head and don’t really know... I can only guess what they mean by the terminology.
**** looked it up, basically borderline personality disorder but I always that BPD was something major... MAJOR.

People handle it in different ways. It basically means that you have a very hard time controlling your emotions, both good and bad. You feel things a lot stronger than anyone else does. Some people are able to keep it all inside. I have it and I don't controlling it well at all. If I am angry, I will go off on anyone. If I am happy, I love everyone. If I am sad, I want to die. But the moods last very short periods...you can cycle through many emotions in one day. You can be extremely angry, go to sleep for an hour, and wake up happy and calm.
