How does an emotionally unstable person behave?

I’m at a competition and someone mentioned it, but I nodded my head and don’t really know... I can only guess what they mean by the terminology.
**** looked it up, basically borderline personality disorder but I always that BPD was something major... MAJOR.

Um....@Mindful a little bit of both....but I know what its like. I used to follow my emotions...and not my brain or rational reasoning or whatever. Emotions are dangerous they make a person unstable and unpredictable
