Rubbing salt in the wound....

I made the mistake of looking at the ex’s Facebook account and now see him playing happy families with his daughter and SIL (back from the USA) having relocated to the UK. I’m feeling sick...he dumped me last month and now I can still see his mug and how happy he is....
I hate him so much...I feel used....
I was useful when he had no-one and now that he does...I’m disposed of...

So unhappy tonight...it’s hurting so much ...advice please, anyone..

Remember that an image is deceiving and that digitally stalking him wont do you any favours.

Block him and move on

They looked pretty happy to me......I wasn’t stalking...well not intentionally.....anyhow he’s blocked but I’d only have to google him and I’d see his profile again......arghhh@SW-User

@SW-User You must stop, let it go and focus on you. No one else.

@SW-User woman, listen to yourself. Youd only have to google him? Don't google him, that fairly easy.

A lot of the happiest people are miserable inside.

Either way, theres no benefit to keeping an eye on him. Your relationship has ended, it's time to clean out the bad and look for a different road to travel.

He used me...as he had no one....now he has, I’m expected to just accept it...@SW-User

@SW-User Whether he has someone or not, when a relationship ends... yeah, you have to accept it.

He always had his daughter, I presume. Children arent usually created in a month.

Fact is you clearly made a bad choice and you have to accept that. Blaming others and dwelling on it will only cause bitterness and pain.
