I Wear whatever you like BUT if you're tall it's unlikely that you are very light, (you must have bones right?) and on heels you put all that weight on your toes usually in a confined cone shape at the end. Also you have a higher gravity center than a shorter person and longer thinner bones. You should google the effects of heels on feet with those details in mind. I don't think any clothing or accessory should come before health. Choice is always a personal thing but it should also be an educated one.
