I Hate The Way This World Has Become

A new terminal has been opened in LA airport. A really exclusive one for the mega-rich willing to pay a 7500$ annual membership fee, plus 3000$ for every international flight you take (only 2700$ in case of a domestic one).

As you can imagine, you are provided with all kinds of luxury there, including an ipad at the counter to look at the main terminal where the mob is queuing and trudging with heavy suitcases 🤢

What if it pulled the revenue back that was lost to "private" airports? Then in turn... made the experience better for everyone.

@Kindheartedguy: that's a nice thought - if the profit were used for that rather than another vacation for the top dog. LOL ah who knows - maybe they will use some of it to improve things in general. Just have to switch out the ipads for TVs if the masses aren't looking miserable enough. 😝

Apart from the outrage of the ipad showing the main terminal (which for me is the worst of all), money could have been used to provide a better service for everyone, not only for the rich.

I forgot that for some thinking about common good us being a dangerous commie.
