I Hate The Way This World Has Become

Thousands of people queueing up in the centre of Madrid after a new luxury hotel offered a hundred jobs.

In the internet era, hotel human resources staff made candidates to go personally to hand over their CV. No other way was allowed.

I am quite certain the aim of the hotel was to get free advertising at the expense of thousands of unfortunate unemployed people. Revolting.

Sadly this is not the only case where the looking for work people are exploited, where I live 1 in every 10,000 are full time employed. So many companies outsource their employees through crooked recruitment agencies, they take a slice of each persons hourly rate while they sit on their arses sending one job seeker there and here, promising ongoing work and then get rid of you when they don’t need you, basically they treat jobseekers as disposable labour, in the meantime our lying government has our unemployment statistics all wrong, apparantley if you only lucky to have 1 hour a week work, you are in the employed side. They don’t mention how many are alarmingly underemplyed.

@SW-User Labour market is crap anywhere, governments do not care as long as they find ways to embellish unemployment statistics, and parties who (at least in theory) claimed to defend workers' rights only care about feminism and refugees now. We must use our wallets to fight those bastards who mock unemployed people, boycotting their products
