I Used To Slide On My Wood Floor In Socks
we have polished wooden floors in the entrance area and hallways. they are deadly in socks. The kids either take socks off and or wear slippers. yes i am spoilsport. Adults usually wear slippers.
Growing up I had a friend who lived in a house with polished wooden stairs. They were so dangerous in socks. So it was slippers or barefeet there.
I prefer carpets but its impractical here in the country as its very muddy. hence the hard floors at the entrance.
