I Hate Annoyingass Customers, I Wanna Punch Them

Lemme preface this by saying I get away with a lot at where I work. Most people give zero shits anyway and let get away with murder sometimes. I have full on argued with customers a few different occasions and nobody has ever written me up or coached me except to say oh no stop it don't do it again le sigh moving on even though I'm like the store hero when it comes to dealing with problem customers and telling it as it is. I have straight up told people oh hell no when they are clearly trying to rip us off and scam us. I have refunded people and told them to get the fuck out of the store for being rude to fellow coworkers. I have told some to drop their attitude or else I wasn't going to help them anymore. I don't play. You wanna get sassy and come at me while I'm taking your order. Fine bro here I come right back at you. You wanna pull on up and start yelling hello hello hello at my speaker before I can even greet your ass. Whatever man I'm gonna let you wait a hot second and then I'm gonna say why HELLO there what can I get for you today?

Had a guy get sassy AF with me the other day because I couldn't hear what else he wanted. He said and I'm gonna do this phonetically. I wanted a LARGE fry like a whiny man baby and I said OKAY back matching his tone exactly. I give zero fucks. Don't be playing games with me. I always start out civil and nice with everyone but coming all up in here with that my shit don't stank attitude and treating me like a dog nuh uh sista.
