I Rarely Watch Television
Why do you think people in tv shows never take off their shoes in their house? I don't know anyone like that.

I don't either. But I live in a basement apartment and it would be frigidly cold to do it here. I am three steps from my back door to the outside gangway, and I can't see anyone who comes to the door without shoes on.

Not everyone likes the feel of socked feet or barefoot. I don't like it. And not everyone has a nice-looking foot in public and the camera magnifies EVERYTHING.

i suppose the actors don't like it for some reason? i do love it when they occasionally do though
