I Am Not Afraid of Dying

I am not afraid of death itself but of the pain I may feel when I die. What scares me even more than the pain is I don't know what comes after death. Heaven? Hell? Paradise? Nonexistence? Reincarnation? but as what? a human? animal? plant?
