I Have Pcos

I've just been diagnosed today 🙁 I'm all over the place emotionally. We have one child we managed to conceive easily so the doctor said that was a good sign and I start metformin tomorrow. Makes sense why I'm not losing weight now so hopefully I can start shifting it soon. Just ugh 🙁🙁 not what I need.

i've heard the heard vitex can help balance your hormones with PCOS. what ive read though is not clear so I'd suggest researching it further if you are interested in any herbs to help.
