I Have Pcos

New-ish pain

My ovaries feel feel wound up/ very tight. Also are almost constantly painful. Around a 6-7 on the pain scale. It dosent go away. It's like very tight painful cramping that gets to the real intense part, then just stays there. (im already on pain medication for another reason, and it's not doing anything)

I have pcos, also pelvic pain, pelvic dysfunction, endometriosis. Along with a Iud.

Ovulation? Possibly. I'm not having periods due to the iud. I dont hardly have them normally anyhow.

Just extra pelvic pain? Maybe.

My last laparoscopy was
November 2, 2018. In which they also drilled my ovaries (cysts)

Is this a cyst thing? But on both sides.

I'm able to still do the thing's I need to do. But it is quite discomforting, and does stop me in my tracks, and is difficult to not be distracted by.

Should I be concerned?

Treating doctor for this is 4 hours away, and it's the weekend.

I also have intense intermittent flank pain. With no sign of a uti (per the test). They also have a suspection of Intersistital Cystitis. I have a Cytoscopy w Hydroisstention coming up.

Have your doctor check your IUD, sometimes, they grow into your uterus and this causes the pain and symptoms that you describe. It happened to my ex-wife. She had it removed, and lickety split, the pain stopped...

Of course not long after, she was pregnant with our first born daughter.🤔👍🤭
