I have not used one in years. I hold until I get home!!

@chrisCA not sure where you are from but here in the USA,pretty bad smell. I travel a lot for work and have trained myself to hold my breath and not breath when in the men's room at airports,lol

@helenS my wife has shared similar stories with me. Maybe that's one on the reason she goes to the gym, strengthen her legs and thigh muscles so she can stand and pee ,lol
