I Have Misophonia

My new neighbour has started hacking up phlegm every three seconds (proper smokers cough) and I can hear EVERYTHING through the wall. It's a massive trigger for me. I so want to yell at her to stop and/or burst into tears -_-

i'm sorry. my friend's daughter has that. it makes her really anxious to hear people chew and sneeze and cough.
