I Like Running

I run every so often......perhaps once a week or so....usually with my best mate, Amber....

I just do around 3-5 miles....and she can go on forever!!!

We have a little loop - for me - and then, by the time I'm home and finished, my mate finishes at my house...

No distractions!! Actually, I have to be in the mood and 'feel it' in my legs......I can't start a run after 10am.....my legs feel too sluggish then....
