Good way to stay in shape sara

@bhatjc: I started running for that reason (literally because I thought my butt was too big), but now I can't not run. If I skip running because of weather or whatever for more than a day or two, I start going crazy and get bitchy and don't feel good.

@sarabee1995: Your butt is a nice shape sara. And i agree with you as well. That you set in a patterned you can't get out of it

And yes, it would be very difficult for me to just stop running now.

@bhatjc: Depends. Here at home on Cape Cod I do have a particular route that is about 3.4 miles and when I'm here that's my regular morning run. Sometimes, though, when I need to vent excess energy or whatever (usually in the afternoon) I'll just go out and run in random directions until my head is clear.

Same at school, except my "normal" route is just under three miles.

@sarabee1995: Is most of your running on flat ground,or in hill country

@bhatjc: Here at home is mostly flat with small hills. At school, big hills. Took getting used to when I got there 3.5 years ago.

I live in hill country,did like hiking up near my cabin. but that is out for a while. And doing a run near my work at 3 in the morning would look odd.

@bhatjc: Why would that look weird? I've gone out for early runs before.

@bhatjc: Here at home over half my route is along the water and I've been out as early as 3:30. So you're now calling me odd?? 😉

@sarabee1995: Hey no twisting my words sara. My beach area has a lot of bums around it. So seeing a guy jogging at 3 in the morning would get a few people calls.

I'm not saying your run would be odd or you are. Some times we have to get are run in some how or some way
