I'm Sick And Tired

I had really bad period cramps Sunday so I took work off and I said I'd work Wednesday (tomorrow) but I just woke up with a fever of 102 and every inch of my body hurts a LOT. I feel like death. My work is gonna punch me out fmllllllll
I'm not sure if they'd be more angry if go in while I'm half alive tomorrow or if I call out sick again 😷😖
