I Am A Carer

Im the carer for my niece. She has multible problems both physicly and mentally. Her mental state if fragile at the best of times and she dosnt think like a 12 year old. How she thinks and acts is more like a 4 or 5 year old at best. She barely speaks and when she dose she dosnt use proper sentences nore dose she pronousiate the certain sounds.

Phyiscly is a longer list of problems. Shes tiny for her age to the point where my 6 year old nephew is taller than her. She cant keep her self balanced due to problems to her inner ear this caused her to be unable to walk or stand on her own. She also suffers from incontence which is its own set of problems.

As much as i dont like it, i must treat her like a small child if i want her do anything.
