I Do Intermittent Fasting

I love IF and the effects it has, and I've only been doing this a short time 3 times/week, 18:6, 3 weeks. Combined with low carb (sometimes keto), I have more energy. It helps in a big way, especially working a lot of hours and juggling a full schedule. I was skeptical at first, but so far so good

Yeah I've heard great things about intermittent fasting. Is the 18:6 tough? Usually I hear about the 16:8
