@Piper it does seem to be a good job of getting ahead of stuff that might come up from either an Insurrection investigation or might leak from the Grand Jury or other Trump litigation, though.


Both sidesisms, unclean hands, they get way with it, and I'm being selectively prosecuted seems to work well in terms of minimizing Trump's misdeeds and we're seeing an awful lot of folks try that instead of risking their own hides by commenting on either Trump/'s problems, their complicity or even their own conduct with regard to the "other" i.e., Biden and those who failed to bow the head, bend the knee and sacrifice their country and humanity to serve Trump.


Is any of it factually supported? This is secondary to what the benefits of the statement itself, and in this case, everybody lies is much better than everyone makes mistakes, since what we're dealing with is an amoral person who feels hampered and constrained both by honesty and the foolish idea that anyone's interests but their own should ever be considered.

How the F Evangelical Christians can stand behind this guy given what I understood Jesus taught escapes me, but then again, I'm inclined to look at motivations rather than just turning the other cheek and trusting in the almighty.

It's really odd to try and pretend it never happened now. You'd think, like the Easter Rising, the folks behind it would become legends and in a few years, a new bunch of revolutionaries would honor them and maybe succeed.

Only, this time, Trump stayed in the White House and watched as "special" village idiots caused trouble and got arrested instead of getting his hands dirty.

@Piper I heard he jacked up the number of Covid cases to get more people to be vaccinated....because he's all for the pharmaceutical companies. I don't trust him, the FDA and many others.
