@Cierzo well I guess the school’s annual Mandarin Class trip to China is cancelled this year too now. The private school where the boy goes has everyone taking Latin from 6th grade on and they also have to choose Mandarin or Spanish. I told the boy that Spanish would be more practical than Mandarin and was so happy he chose it instead.
