@GeorgeTBH That is a great quote! It parallels another quote - from Frank Herbert's Dune, the Bene Gesserits - "I must not fear. Fear is the mind killer. Fear is the little death that leads to total oblivion. I will face my fear. I will let it flow over and through me and when it is gone I will turn the mind's eye and all that will remain is me ...". That's abbreviated but just off the top of my head 😊.
